The product boundary
OpenBubbles describes direct communication with Apple for iMessage on Android. Activation involves one-time Mac access or an always-online iPhone. That is a personal messaging access model; the public homepage does not establish a general business API or a shared support desk.
The hosting boundary
The page lists a free self-hosted option and $16.99 monthly hosted service, with a $1 seven-day trial. At review time, it also said hosted devices were allocated. Confirm availability and the activation path rather than designing a launch around the displayed price alone.
The buying decision
If the task is accessing your own conversations from Android, investigate those supported app workflows. If the task is provisioning lines for business users, compare providers that explicitly establish that service and its API contract. Do not assume a personal-client feature list grants a production integration surface. We have not installed or tested the application.
