Photon’s free plan allows up to ten users and its $25 monthly Pro tier up to 100. Those plans use managed shared numbers. They can support an initial evaluation of agent behavior while keeping the first commercial commitment small.
Production scope
Business is $250 per line monthly with dedicated numbers, group messaging and a published daily allowance of 50 new contacts. Unlimited-user language is tied to Auto Scale. Ask how existing users and threads are affected when scaling or changing number types.
Choose the operating path
Photon also offers Spectrum for multi-channel agents and describes an open-source self-hosted route. A cloud subscription and a Mac-based deployment create different maintenance duties. Evaluate the path you intend to run, including event recovery and support. This review does not infer production availability from the existence of a free tier.
